Doodles

I usually start with simple patterns and shapes or the first thing that comes into my head and keep going exactly like that. The results are often surprising and full of simple humour. The process works best for me when I don't over conceptualize or try to make things look right. Occasionally I scale them up and re-create them on canvas. I also doodle on bricks and timber. I've even printed huge vinyl doodles on our family camper.
